Please let me know if you have a deadline so that I can confirm if I can meet it. Average completion time is a week and half. It can change depending on workload and project size. If you need your video sooner, there will be a 50% rush fee!
If the client wants to change the agreed deadline at any time in the project, the rush fee will be applied.
After a commission has been accepted, you will have a week to give all necessary clips, videos, assets, etc. Two reminders will be sent if I don't hear back within the first 4 days. After that, your project will be put on hold. If it's on hold for more than a month, the project will be dropped completely.
Payment
All payments are made through invoices via Paypal. Currency is USD only. Invoices will be sent after receiving all necessary assets for the commission. Commissions will not be started until 50% of the invoice has been paid. If payment is not received, the project will placed at the bottom of the queue.
Revisions
For minor revisions, the first 3 corrections will be free. Any further adjustments will be 5 USD per revision. For major revisions (ex: changing a section, video pace change, etc.), it will cost an additional 10 USD per revision.Revisions after delivery (within 5 days) can be done. Revision fees will be charged.
Refunds and Cancellation policy
Once the commission has been paid, there are no refunds. You can cancel the project IF the work has not been started yet. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.

You are welcome to send in your raw VODs for review. 3 hour+ VODs will include a 20 USD fee for each additional hour. The fee is still applied even if it's not a whole hour.
